Office hours:
Mon – Fri 09.00 – 12.00, 13.00 – 17.30

During August, the last two weeks of December, and the first week of January the office is not/less occupied. However, contact requests by email will be answered during that period.

Additionally, in summer the office may be less occupied due to attending summer academies.

Do not send documents to us without contacting us first. Often illicit sent documents do not fulfill the requirements of the procedures for which purpose they have been sent.

The most efficient way is to send us your query/documents by email for review.
