Specialism
VAT plus GmbH offers legal consulting in specific
areas. Depending the demands of clients, the professional services
can range from general information, for example as a first orientation,
to tailor-made solutions. Where appropriate, we co-operate with
other specialists, either law firms or consultants. For related
services that fall out of the scope of our core businesses, like
for example labour law (e.g. working permits in the scope of so-called
installation supplies), company law or direct taxation, we can refer
clients to our preferred co-operation partners.
Diversification
VAT plus GmbH focuses on diversification by offering
a variety of specialistic legal areas, as well as by varying the
palette of services within a particular legal area. Furthermore,
client needs are considered as individual needs, and consequently
are given personal attention. We encourage a strong involvement
of clients.
Awareness
Our experiences show that awareness is a key factor
for legal compliance. We aim at finding the right level of knowledge
transfer for each client, in order to enable the client to develop
a pro-active way of handling. Our device is: preventing is better
than solving. However, where needed we look for solutions.
